Set Your Password/PIN      
 
Service Deactivated?
Your online service will be deactivated if you key-in an incorrect password, 3 times consecutively. In such a situation, you have to call our CSRs (at 603-8739 1118) to reactivate your online service.
 
Forgot Your Password?
 
In the event that you forget your password, you will have to go to the Forgot Password section to obtain a temporary password. At this section, you are required to key-in your User ID to retrieve the hint that you had set at the point of registration.
 
Once you have successfully provided the answer to the hint, the system will generate a 6-digit control code as your temporary password. This password will be sent to your registered e-mail address. You will use this 6-digit password to logon and to change your password immediately.
 
Forgot Your Trading PIN?
 
In the event that you forget your trading PIN, you have to go to Forgot PIN section to obtain a temporary PIN. At this section, you are required to key-in your User ID to retrieve the hint that you had set at the point of registration.
 
Once you have successfully provided the answer to the hint, the system will generate a 6-alphanumeric control code as your temporary PIN. This PIN will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
 
Upon logging on to apexetrade, you should immediately change to your new PIN at the Change PIN section before you start to trade.
 
Forgot Your Answer to Hint?
 
If you cannot recall the answer to the hint that you had set at the point of registration, you have to call our CSRs (at 603-8739 1118) for assistance.
 
Should you wish to change your hint and answer to hint, you may submit your request via email or letter.
